Getting started
Every transformed smile begins with an initial complimentary, no-strings-attached consultation. We’re so glad that you have chosen our practice! If you are nervous about visiting an orthodontist for the first time, rest assured that our compassionate team will provide you with a positive, informative, and comfortable appointment. From the moment you step through our doors, we promise to provide an experience that will keep you coming back.
Before your consultation, please complete these New Patient Forms. This step saves you time in the office and helps us deliver the personalized care you deserve.
Your complimentary consultation
During your consultation, which takes approximately an hour, one of our orthodontists and a treatment coordinator will meet with you. We will conduct a thorough examination, including discussing your dental health history, gathering X-rays and other important diagnostic details, and completing a 3D scan of your smile.
Together, we’ll decide whether to proceed with orthodontic treatment. Every treatment plan depends on multiple factors—like the extent of your orthodontic needs, your age, and your treatment preferences. If treatment is the best option, we will take some time to discuss financing and payment options that accommodate your budget. Your first visit and all supervision appointments are complimentary until you begin treatment with us. We understand that treatment is a big commitment, and we want you to be informed, prepared, and excited about your or your child’s journey. At any point, we welcome all questions, comments, and concerns—no matter how big or small.
Your orthodontic treatment process
At your next appointment, we will begin delivering your healthiest smile with state-of-the-art braces or clear aligner technologies. Moving forward, we will meet roughly every 4-12 weeks so our orthodontists can keep you on track toward a beautiful new smile. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have during an appointment or over the phone. We want you to be as excited about your smile transformation as we are!
During treatment, remember to keep regular appointments with your dentist. If any extra dental care is required, we will collaborate with your dentist if necessary. Finally, remember that if you’re ever running late for an appointment or need to reschedule, you can give us a call—guilt-free. We’ll kindly reschedule as needed.
